Post of the Day--I Always Wanted to Be a Detective...

Since the first day I watched Charlie's Angels when I was about 3, I thought it would be fun to be a detective, not a police officer, but a P.I.

(mmm, Magnum!).  When the chance came up the other day in Chinatown, I jumped at it.  Sandy, Wil, and I were walking around when Sandy received a call from Yimmy regarding one of the BR stores in the area.  Apparently there were some problems with uniforms not being worn properly or something.  My task, since I was foreign and carrying a camera, was to enter the store and take some photos of the workers.

I tried to be stealth, but it is a little challenging when there was absolutely no one else in the store.  I had snapped a couple of shots, but Wil got excited or nervous or just wanted to be a part of the action, so soon he entered the store.  Sandy could not enter for fear of being recognized.

They did have some lovely treats on display.

I particularly liked this one.  It was adorable with its little gummy bears and frosting.

When Sandy saw this photo, I thought his head might explode.  It is definitely a huge "no, no" to have the ice cream tubs on the counter.  One is bad, two is really bad!!

I put this one in soft focus since I don't know the person in the picture.  But, dang, that ice cream is not getting any colder just sitting out on the counter while she leans against the other counter...

Yimmy appreciated the photos.  No one was fired, but I think some peeps were reprimanded.  And, I don't plan on going back to that store any time soon...hehe!  Unless I go incognito...ooh, new possibilities!!
